π¬ Watch the Story In a misty green valley, a panda cub named Poko spotted little shoots poking out of the ground. They were thin and small, like green pencils sticking up from the dirt. Poko’s tummy rumbled. “I want bamboo now!” he cried, tugging at the nearest shoot. Mama Panda shook her head with a gentle smile. “Not yet, Poko. These shoots are too young. If you wait, they’ll grow tall and sweet.” But Poko stamped his paws. “I don’t want to wait! I’m hungry now!” The next morning, soft raindrops danced on the leaves. Poko sat under a tree, grumbling. “Rain makes waiting even worse,” he sighed. “Shhh,” said Mama Panda. “Watch.” Poko peeked at the bamboo patch. The little shoots were stretching, taller than before. His eyes widened. “The rain helps them grow!” When summer came, the warm sun bathed the valley. The bamboo was much taller now, with shiny leaves swaying in the breeze.
